Warranty Guide

All products sold by HousePc are covered under both the conventional and the manufacturer's warranty of 24 months for defects, according to DL 24/02.

So the product is covered by two types of guarantees offered by a producer and an offer from us. The customer to exercise his right to the guarantee may decide to go directly to a service center authorized by the manufacturer or contact us.

Warning: If, following inspection by an Authorized Service Center, the defect is not covered by the manufacturer's standard warranty or defect should not be a lack of conformity in accordance with Decree 24/02, the customer will be charged for costs of verification, restoration required by authorized and any transport costs.

 

Manufacturer Warranty

The customer to obtain warranty service, must keep the invoice you receive after making the payment via e-mail in PDF format. The manufacturer's standard warranty is provided according to the manufacturer mode usually indicated inside the product packaging.

 

Warranty: 24 Months

The guarantee of 24 months according to DL 24/02 applies to products that present a lack of conformity, provided that the product is used correctly, respecting its intended use and as provided in the attached technical documentation. This warranty is for private consumption. In case of lack of conformity, HousePc provides, the restoration of conformity by repair / replacement or reduction of the price, until the termination of the contract. In the event that, for whatever reason, is unable to make its customers a product warranty (repaired or replaced), HousePc will proceed at its own discretion to refund the entire amount paid or to the replacement with a product with characteristics equal to or higher.

Return

In cases where the application of safeguards providing for the return of the product, the product must be returned by Customer in its original packaging, complete in all its parts, including packaging and any documentation and accessories: manuals, cables, etc. In the case of motherboards, the product should be made with the protective cover of the processor socket and the pins of the processor socket intact. In cases where assistance is not provided directly by the manufacturer or the customer wants to contact us directly, please contact HousePc via telephone or email with the name of the product, the defect and the number of the invoice received after purchase.

You will then receive an email with a code and all indications for packing and shipping.

The product will be repaired or, in the case where the repair is not possible, substituted by one same, equivalent or higher.


The product should be shipped to locations within the Italian territory.

Caution: If the product has been tampered with or labels that identify the Serial or Part Number, or the adhesive of HousePc or label in general have been removed or tampered with, the warranty is void.

Warning: do not be accepted and returned to sender, with its operating expenses, all product shipments:

Work on hard disk or various storage devices does not provide for the recovery of data and / or any install or reinstall software. HousePc not be responsible for loss of data available on the product support.
