Delivery

Product availability:
The product page always indicates the quantity of products available in stock. Some products may be available within 2-7 days on the product page will indicate the time in which the product will be available.
When a product is not available because it is out of stock it is indicated on the product page and it is not possible to complete the purchase of that product. In this case you can contact our support to check availability.

Packing times:
We usually ship the day after payment. For paid orders received before 11:00 AM we ship same day.

Delivery methods in Italy:
We offer several shipping methods:

- Priority mail 1. Poste Italiane carrier.
This is a shipping method that offers only the delivery tracking service. In fact, we will provide you with a code with which you can only track the delivery on the Italian post office site.
Delivery times range from 2 to 5 working days from delivery of the envelope to the post office. Delivery is made by the postman. There is no need to sign on delivery and there is only one step. Delivery takes place in the letterbox or by hand.

-Registered mail. Vector Poste Italiane.
This shipping method offers a tracking service. In fact, we will provide you with a code with which you can track the movements of the envelope on the Italian post office site.
Delivery times range from 2 to 7 working days from delivery of the package to the post office. Delivery is made by the postman. It is necessary to sign on delivery and there is only one passage if no one is found at home, the package goes into storage at the nearest Italian post office sorting center. -Express courier. Dhl, Gls or SDA carrier
This shipping method offers a tracking service. The duration of the shipment is 24/48 hours from the delivery of the package to the courier. The package will be delivered by the courier personally and requires a signature to accept the package, so it is necessary to be found at home.
In the event that the courier does not find anyone, a second passage is foreseen on the following working day.
After this last step, if the delivery does not take place, the package goes into storage and other charges are foreseen for the release.


International Delivery Methods:
We offer several shipping methods:

-Packet tracked: Dutch Post Carrier. (PostNL)
This shipping method offers a traceability service. In fact, we will provide you with a code with which you can track the movements of the package. It is possible that the tracking indicates departure of the package from Holland but the products depart from our warehouse in Italy.
Delivery times range from 6 to 15 working days from delivery to the Dutch post office. Delivery is made by the postal service of your country. There is no need to sign on delivery. To find out the number of steps required for non-delivery and to know the place of any stock, contact the customer service of the postal service in your country.

- Registered mail: Dutch Post Carrier. (PostNL)

This shipping method offers a tracking service. The duration of the shipment is 3/5 working days from delivery of the package to the courier for Europe and 5/7 working days for other parts of the world. Delivery times are longer for disadvantaged places. The package will be delivered by the courier personally and requires a signature to accept the package, so it is necessary to be found at home.
In the event that the courier does not find anyone, a second passage is foreseen on the following working day.
After this last step, if the delivery does not take place, the package goes into storage and other charges are foreseen for the release.

Cost of Transportation:
Shipping costs include handling and packaging charges and postage. The management costs are fixed, while the transport costs vary according to the total weight / volume of the shipment. We recommend that you group your items in one order. It is not possible for us to group two distinct orders placed separately, therefore shipping costs will be charged for each of them.
The details of the costs will be displayed in the cart at the time of purchase, starting from around 2.8 euros upwards.

Responsibility:
If you choose delivery by priority mail, 1 HousePc cannot be held responsible for any non-delivery of the package.

IMPORTANT: Receipt of purchases and traceability
You can check the status of your orders in the customer area, and you will also receive an email with the code to track the shipment in the case of delivery by express courier.
Due to the delicate nature of the items we ship, it is very important upon receipt of the goods to check the following:

-Check that the number of packages delivered corresponds to what is indicated in the courier's document.
-Check that the packaging is intact and not altered or damaged even in the closing tapes.

ATTENTION: due to the delicate nature of the items purchased, it is necessary to sign upon receipt of the package subject to control.
Just tell the courier you want to sign subject to control for the purchase of fragile material.
In this way it is possible to be reimbursed if the courier on the way caused the breakage of the object.
Then send us the report immediately by contacting us by phone or email. The report must be received no later than six days from receipt of the package.
